ABOUT US
ProShield Termite and Pest Control
After more than 30 years of experience in the pest control industry, Michael Hayes started ProShield Termite & Pest Control from his home in 2017.
Michael’s career spans both decades and states. Michael began in southern California as a pest technician by servicing homes in both West Los Angeles and Beverly Hills. Later, he worked for a large regional company in Memphis, Tennessee as a pest technician, termite technician and, eventually, sales inspector. While working there, he received a promotion and relocated to Mobile, AL in 1996. He worked as a pest manager for the new office on the Gulf Coast.
Eventually, Michael became state-licensed in Florida, Alabama and Mississippi in both pest and termite control. In 2004, he passed a strenuous test to become a board-certified entomologist (BCE).
Michael is married to his wife Linda. They have four children and two grandchildren. Michael loves watching college football and cooking on the grill for friends and loved ones.

This package includes quarterly exterior pest control and it prepays for the renewal of the customers termite contract.
